Creating a Website for Game Design

Our Story

In the fleeting moments when life begins to ebb away, and the heart ceases to beat, a remarkable phenomenon is believed to occur within the human brain. Scientifically, it's suggested that the brain, still active for a few minutes post-mortem, floods with neurochemicals that might allow one to relive pivotal moments of their existence. By engaging with this concept through play, we can learn to appreciate life’s journey before it's too late, fostering a deeper connection to the present, guided by the echoing truth that every moment counts.

Illustration Design Process

We initially storyboarded a flowchart to map out the contents of our story. With this, we could dictate what elements to include within the website portraying our story and game design elements.

Journal Entries

Our website is intended to create an immersive experience for users to empathize with their lives. Thus, we created four journal entries pinpointing key moments in life that one may take for granted to emphasize the importance of cherishing the little things in life.

All of our stories were somewhat inspired by our personal experiences, which we realized were beautiful moments of life despite seeming small at the time.

User-Centric Design

Our solution consisted of innovating a website platform that connects viewers with sentimental stories, indicating the art of appreciation. Our website is a more immersive game design document highlighting the process, abstract, story, and journal entries.
